"想要/希望" 應該是大家在現實生活中常常需要表達的概念吧
這個概念在英文中可以用 "want" "hope" 和 "would like" 來表達
在文法上，這三個字(或片語)後面要接不定詞 (to + 原型動詞) ，詳如下方圖示。
在文意上，
hope 用來表示某一件事有發生的可能性，而你希望它發生
Jane hopes to study law at Harvard. (Jane希望能讀哈佛法律系)
want/would like 則用來表達你想要或需要的東西
I want to go to Thailand with my friends. (我想和朋友去泰國)
I would like to start the meeting at 10 o'clock. (我想在十點時開始會議)
